Marketing Specialist Jobs description
Marketing specialists are expected to be energetic, motivated, and creative in order to develop and lead a broad array of marketing initiatives. Marketing specialists usually assist the development and execution of day-to-day internal and external marketing activities of the company.Having exceptional functional and technical marketing skills, marketing specialists work closely with the rest of the marketing team on a variety of marketing projects, whilst working in conjunction with a cross section of internal and external stakeholders. Hence, strong communication skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are a must for marketing specialists.
Marketing specialists need to have an innate understanding and feel for brand strategy, development, and brand building, and have the ability to achieve results through influence rather than direction.
Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is also essential for marketing specialists.
