The Senior Director, Growth Marketing is truly a rare, high-impact, and high visibility opportunity as a key member of the Marketing leadership team, focused on scaling our paid Marketing investments across all major advertising channels to accelerate growth for both Rue La La and Gilt.

We’re looking for

A strategic Growth Marketing leader who will own the end-to-end acquisition strategy as well as the execution across media channels to acquire high potential new customers and to directly impact the trajectory of our fast growth business.

What you’ll do

Optimize and scale multi-million dollar marketing portfolio, focusing on acquiring new customers to Ruelala and Gilt while achieving efficiency (LTV/ CAC) goals

Develop the vision and own end-to-end strategy for growing key digital channels like Facebook, Google, Performance TV etc.

Lead strategic testing into existing and new channels (Pinterest, Influencers, YouTube, CTV etc.) to deliver step function efficiency and scale of acquisition program

Own key metrics driving the acquisition area and proactively improve performance, setting a high bar for the team and our digital partners in terms of analytical rigor

Communicate insights into drivers of performance and opportunities to the Rue Gilt Groupe Executive and Management teams on a monthly/ quarterly basis

Own budgeting, forecasting and investment justification in partnership with Finance to provide visibility and clarity to the Growth Marketing team and the broader organization

Grow and lead team by building vision and motivating team members through coaching, feedback, and change management

Serve as a key leader within the company, identifying and driving business opportunities through cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Creative, Product Management, Technology and Buying/Merchandising

About You

7 years’ experience leading performance marketing programs across paid Social, Display, Search, Affiliates or Performance TV

Experience in e-commerce/ retail or B2C; fashion and/ or high growth companies a plus

Proven track record successfully managing and scaling a multi-million dollar ($10Mln ) acquisition budget to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced organization

Deep expertise and hands on experience managing Facebook or Performance TV acquisition programs

Demonstrated exceptional analytical horsepower and data-driven problem-solving skills; owned start-to-finish analytic solving of complex marketing problems (e.g., hypothesis, analysis plan, tools development, etc.) using online analytics/ business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SQL, etc

Strong people leadership skills with focus on scale, people development, and fostering an inclusive team culture

High tolerance for ambiguity with proven ability to drive rigorous prioritization and decision making to achieve complex goals

Entrepreneurial and global ownership mindset, with proven ability to influence and build advocacy for ideas at all levels of the organization

An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude

Passion for understanding consumer behavior and creating outstanding customer experiences
