MarketingCrossing Reports Spurt in U.S. Marketing Jobs

As the U.S. economy stabilizes, latest job data research on MarketingCrossing reveals a spurt in marketing jobs. While employment has increased overall, the job scenario looks especially encouraging for recent college graduates. The BLS report claims that 191,800 jobs will be created in the U.S. for market research analysts and marketing specialists. A turn of events is already being noticed in major metro areas across the country. Rising demand is also enabling marketing professionals to draw salaries they want. Harrison Barnes, Chief Executive Officer of MaketingCrossing notes that marketing professionals at almost all levels of hierarchy are getting hefty paychecks. BLS' Occupational Employment and Wage Estimates also offer a look into the salaries of marketing managers as well as market research analysts and marketing specialists. As per the findings, each year, these workers earn an average of $129,870 and $67,380 respectively. Many of these marketing associates working at high-paying companies earn more.

Presently, companies like Sears Holding Corp, Microsoft Corporation, Oracle Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Amazon, Gannett, Google, eBay, VMware are absorbing several marketing professionals.
