Marketing Management Jobs

Marketing management personnel are primarily responsible for developing marketing strategies and driving them to the next level in order to ensure that their company experiences continuous growth.

Marketing management personnel plan and execute all the online and offline marketing initiatives. They prepare and manage the marketing budget and work closely with the executive management in strategic planning. Marketing management personnel are also responsible for developing key outside relationships.

Needless to say, marketing management personnel need to possess superb verbal and written communication skills along with strong negotiation skills. Moreover, they also need to have up-to-date information of the latest and near-future market trends and consumer interests.

A creative bent of mind and excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are desirable for this job. Also, marketing management personnel must have a superb ability to deal with large numbers. Further, many companies require that their marketing management personnel have at least a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field although an MBA is definitely preferred.
