Nautilus, Inc., the global fitness products company, has overhauled its organization structure by appointing four new executives — two key marketing leaders and two general business managers.
Of the two marketing experts, James A. Heidenreich will join as sr. vice president, Global Marketing, and chief marketing officer, while Aaron Brotherton will join as director, Direct Response TV and Creative Development. Nautilus also introduced two new positions for general business manager. Caroline Howe will join as senior vice president and general manager. Kenneth Fish, previously the company's vice president of global finance, will also become a general manager. The new executives will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Falcone. They will join the company in early December. Together, the new appointees will manage the company's portfolio of leading fitness brands as part of an overall matrix structure driven by product profitability.
Nautilus, Inc. recently faced its first quarterly operating loss which resulted in the resignation of its chief executive officer who was then replaced with former Nike Chief Financial Officer Robert Falcone. Nautilus has annual sales of more than $680 million and has 1,450 employees worldwide.
