Monster Worldwide, parent company of job recruitment site Monster.com, revealed its new global marketing campaign entitled, "Your Calling Is Calling." The campaign positions the company as a "resource that helps workers attain their life goals." By illuminating the connection between a job and personal fulfillment, this campaign will enable consumers to find a better way to shape their own future. The campaign is created by BBDO Worldwide and includes TV, radio, print, and online components. Two of the four TV ads will air in the U.S. and the UK in the first week of January, with other European markets following later in the month.
